Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan in Holly Springs, GA is hiring an Accounting Clerk to post car deals to the general ledger, register warranties, and account for aftermarket products. This process‑oriented role requires strong accounting experience, attention to detail, and solid inter‑office communication.

You will work with our new dealership facilities and state‑of‑the‑art service department, ensuring accurate posting to the DMS and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Billing or accounting experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Post car deals to the general ledger and DMS.
• Verify deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins.
• Post all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership’s DMS.
• Verify posting accuracy through reporting systems and a Finance & Insurance log.
• Other duties may be assigned.
