Job summary

Nalley Brunswick is seeking a Part-time Automotive Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has strong math skills, initiative, and customer service orientation, with 2+ years finance experience in the automotive sector. Proficiency in Excel and solid attention to detail are essential to succeed and grow with our family-run business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance experience in automotive industry.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly warranty contracts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Reconcile monthly warranty financials for group
• Compile various financial reports for the CFO and dealer group on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with financial records as needed
• Reconcile group financials and compile group records for owners/CFO monthly

• Process weekly warranty contracts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
