The position supports month-end and year-end close processes and requires accurate data handling, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy office environment.
• High accuracy with ability to post and manage accounting figures.
• Strong data entry and computer skills; basic databases knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Examine contracts for conformity to requirements.
• Verify documents are signed and complete.
• Process paperwork in a timely manner.
• Post new and used deals to accounting books.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Enter data for assigned locations within the dealer group.
• Communicate and resolve issues with management.
