Qualifications

• Dealership accounting experience a plus.
• CDK system experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile G/L account balances and schedules.
• Daily deposit reconciliation.
• Cash receipt posting.
• Credit card batch processing.
• Service & warranty receivable posting.
• Customer A/R reconciliation.
• Posting Wholesales and dealer trades.
• Inventory additions and removals.
• Deal Flow log & Clean Up.
• Serve as backup for all accounting positions in the office.
• Assist with month-end duties.
• Ensure policies and procedures are upheld.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to the dealerships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
