Durango Motor Company is seeking an experienced Accessories Technician to join our Accessories Team. This role focuses on installing a variety of automotive accessories and collaborating with Service and Accessories teams to ensure every vehicle is completed to our high standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is seeking a long-term career with opportunities to grow within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• One year of accessory technician experience with dealership, independent shop or franchise.
• Passion for automotive accessories.
• Valid DL without any restrictions.
• Must have required tools to perform duties.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of service team.
• Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, or stoop as required.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive accessories to guest satisfaction.
• Complete scheduled work prior to deadline.
• Meet quality control checkpoints.
• Coordinate effectively with Service ManagersMaintain clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties or tasks as necessary.

Experienced Accessories Technician

Compensation:

$17.00/hour
Increase in pay commensurate with skill and experience

Minimum 1 Year Automotive Accessories Installation Experience Required
