Job summary

Durango Motor Company is seeking an experienced Accessories Technician to join our team. You will install a variety of automotive accessories, collaborating with Service and Accessories teams to ensure each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, pride in craftsmanship, and long-term career growth with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of accessory technician experience with dealership, independent shop or franchise.
• Passion for automotive accessories.
• Valid driver's license without any restrictions.
• Must have required tools to perform duties.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of service team.
• Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, or stoop as required.

As an Accessories Technician, you'll install a variety of automotive accessories while working closely with our Service and Accessories teams to ensure every vehicle is completed correctly, efficiently, and to our high standards.
