Radco Truck Accessory Store in Mandan, ND is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager to lead the store team and ensure top guest satisfaction. The role focuses on selling and installing automotive accessories, driving sales, and maintaining high standards in guest interactions.

The position requires a passion for the automotive industry; prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members in selling and installing accessories to Guests.

• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of team.
• Assist with store schedules and team matters.
