Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law across federal, state, and local.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and guests and report observations per procedures.
