Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive location by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access-related records.
• Control access for vehicles, deliveries, and contractors entering restricted areas following established protocols.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
