Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with access-control systems and badge verification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow site policies and respond calmly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Issue and maintain visitor credentials, passes, keys, and access devices per policies.
• Respond to access-control incidents and alarms; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
