Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Assist with traffic flow and vehicle access procedures for employees, vendors, deliveries, and other authorized personnel.
