Ford Motor Company seeks a Digital Asset Coordinator in Dearborn, MI, to orchestrate the 3D content pipeline across design studios and engineering. You will drive complex production lifecycles for vehicle programs, enabling real-time workflows and digital twin environments with a strong data focus.

You will partner with the Core UX center of excellence, reporting to the 3D Design Manager in a hybrid setup, four days onsite weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in creative coordination or technical pipeline in automotive or CGI production.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder 3D asset programs end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of automotive 3D data workflows and real-time rendering.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate asset delivery across design studios, Digital Product Design, and engineering.
• Translate creative intent into technical data briefs and back to actionable guidance.
• Facilitate reviews, approvals, and feedback loops to keep the data pipeline moving.
• Identify and mitigate pipeline bottlenecks; escalate risks with data-backed recommendations.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, naming conventions, and version control.
