Moss Bros Auto Group in Moreno Valley, CA is hiring sales professionals to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales results in a century-old, locally owned auto group. You will use consultative selling, demonstrate vehicles, and stay current on products and technologies.

We seek individuals with excellent communication, a polished appearance, and a clean driving record who can work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs and contribute to a high-energy sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority, know offerings, options, and features.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles in a high-quality, professional manner.
• Follow-up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
