Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain in Delaware is seeking a Process Controller to be the nerve center of our automated warehouse. You will manage complex systems, troubleshoot on the fly, and lead your team to meet production goals.

You'll oversee automated case-picking, coordinate with maintenance and operations, and ensure orders are processed and released on time while driving continuous improvement and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, warehousing, bottling, or food processing.
• 1+ year leading, training, or coordinating production teams.
• 2+ years operating and troubleshooting automated production equipment or high-speed machinery.
• Proficiency in English, production software, pallet handling, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Sunday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and Mon-Thu 6:00 PM-2:00 AM; Fri/Sat off.
• Coordinate automated warehouse operations for safe, efficient production.
• Resolve real-time issues in complex automation systems.
• Lead and support teams to meet production and throughput targets.
• Ensure on-time processing and release of customer orders.
• Drive downtime resolution and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and leadership for smooth execution.
• Support continuous improvement to boost performance.
