Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Automation Sr. Leader to oversee automation systems, drive reliability, and coach site teams toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will analyze KPI trends, collaborate with OEMs, manage maintenance inventories, and lead TPM across automated equipment. You will develop maintenance processes, forecast parts, and ensure detailed work histories in SAP/CMMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 2+ years automation experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, CMMS, OEM UI/HMI, Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Review KPI performance with time-bound ownership and data-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEMs for automation troubleshooting and performance goals.
• Coach and develop maintenance and site teams on processes and priorities.
• Manage systems interacting with automation (WMS, SAP, CMMS, OEM UI/HMI, Power Apps) and PLCs.
• Ensure spare parts and tools are available by forecasting and inventory monitoring.
• Ensure accurate work history by technicians in work orders.
• Assess need for new maintenance equipment or methods to improve asset reliability.
• Drive TPM processes across all automated equipment to improve operations and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor standards to improve uptime and reduce costs.
