Job summary

WITRON is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a high‑performance warehouse distribution team in Tipp City, Ohio. You will operate and monitor a state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast‑paced distribution center environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse settings, basic knowledge of mechanical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well in a team while using WMS/HMIs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance
