WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
- Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
- Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
- Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
- Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 80-100 feet
- Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to -10°F)
- Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems

A System Operator must be a motivated, self-starting individual who is willing to prove they have what it takes to succeed as a system technician. You will be working to support the operation of an automated material handling system. This position will provide an opportunity for the right candidates to use and learn many different technologies in a creative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operation of TCRA/HBW/SEB areas of the system.
- Operation and fault correction of automated material handling equipment in a fast production environment
- Troubleshoot and correct system material flow issues
- Basic upkeep of system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier material
- Daily climbing requirement
Education & Experience
- Previous experience with material handling automation in an automated warehouse
- Operational knowledge from within the building
Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Practical attitude and ability to learn new skills
- Problem solving and root-cause understanding
- Steady, professional approach in a high-pressure environment
- Clear spoken communications skills
Scheduling & Travel
- Flexibility to work shifts 1st and 2nd shift - operate 7 days a week
Physical Requirements
