Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Automation Process Controller to ensure safe operation and monitoring of conveyor systems and pallets for shipment. This role supports production by addressing stoppages, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining performance to deliver accurate pallets.

The position involves shift work in a warehouse environment, with opportunities to work on high-speed machinery and participate in preventive maintenance. Strong reading, writing, and spoken English are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• At least 2 years of previous production line or automation experience in manufacturing or warehousing (preferably bottling or food).
• Must read, write and speak English due to safety sensitivity of the role.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Analytical, technically competent, and mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor warehouse automation machine centers, ensuring efficiency.
• Troubleshoot stoppages and address equipment stop conditions; coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Adjust equipment settings to optimize efficiency and maximize case output.
• Respond quickly to stoppages, jams, or equipment issues to keep production on track.
• Maintain records/logs and complete paperwork for start-up, operation, downtime, and shut-down.
