Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse/distribution/manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and automated equipment is expected.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or WMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues.
- Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks.
- Clear jams and obstructions within the system and assist with routine maintenance.
- Support continuous automation operations to maintain efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to sustain system performance.
