Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow procedures around automated equipment.
• Dependability and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated cranes, shuttles, robots, conveyors, and material-flow equipment using computer interfaces and WMS.
• Work at goods-to-person stations where automated systems deliver materials directly to you.
• Monitor equipment, clear minor jams, and elevate complex problems.
• Perform routine safety and equipment checks.
• Verify inventory and support picking and put-away activities.
