Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an Equipment Validation Specialist II to lead validation of automated lab systems in a regulated environment. You will drive installation, validation, and lifecycle management while enabling data-driven decisions with reporting and dashboards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of documentation, and adherence to GxP and quality standards. Monday–Friday, full-time, West Point, PA area.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and experience in regulated validation.
• Familiar with GxP, validation methodologies, and change control processes.
• Experience with laboratory automation, robotics, or automated instrument platforms.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across technical, operations, and quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, and deployment of lab automation and robotic systems.
• Coordinate integration of automation platforms with multi-functional robotic technologies.
• Support validation documentation: IQ/OQ/PQ plans, scripts, and reports.
• Ensure automation equipment remains in a validated state throughout its lifecycle.
• Develop data reporting and visualization solutions for lab operations and metrics.
• Create training materials and SOPs; support onboarding of system users.
