Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Automation Engineer in West Point, PA to lead design and deployment of scalable robotic workflows, instrument integrations, and data management solutions in regulated lab settings.

You will work closely with scientists, IT, and operations to improve throughput, data integrity, and compliance, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift in a full-time role and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory automation, robotics, or automated instrumentation platforms.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Experience programming, configuring, and troubleshooting robotic and liquid handling systems.
• Knowledge of data management workflows and systems integration.
• Experience performing IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing automation environments and design automated workflows.
• Develop and deploy robotic and liquid handling systems.
• Validate and qualify automation equipment per IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Integrate robotic platforms with instruments, software, and LIMS.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document SOPs, specifications, and validation records.
