Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an Equipment Validation Specialist to support the implementation, validation, and maintenance of laboratory automation and robotic systems in a regulated GxP environment. You will collaborate with operations, automation engineers, quality, and IT to ensure platforms operate reliably and compliantly.

Responsibilities include validating equipment, writing protocols and change controls, performing CAPA, and lifecycle management, while enabling AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with automated laboratory equipment or regulated instrumentation.
• Knowledge of validation lifecycle principles and GxP regulations.
• Experience authoring validation protocols and change controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and integration of automation solutions for laboratory platforms.
• Configure, test, and verify robotic and automation systems.
• Author, execute, and maintain equipment validation documentation.
• Develop change-control documentation and ensure validated state across lifecycles.
• Perform CAPA and root-cause analysis for automation issues.
• Provide data analytics and support for digital enablement initiatives.
