Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking an experienced Automation Tester with over 8 years in the field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BDD and TDD methodologies, as well as strong proficiency in Selenium and Cucumber. The role involves performing various testing types across web applications, including functional, automation, and regression testing. This position is based in McLean, VA and supports a hybrid work model. Only US Citizens or those with valid work authorizations are eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Expertise in software lifecycle methodologies like SDLC and Agile.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, including Functional and Regression Testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement BDD and TDD methodologies using tools like Gherkin and Cucumber.
• Perform various types of testing: GUI, Back-End, Data-Driven Performance, and more.
• Conduct Automation testing using Selenium.

• Must have experience in BDD and TDD and tools (such as Gherkin and Cucumber) to implement methodologies
• Must have experience in Selenium, Cucumber (Postman experience a plus)
• Must be an expert in the following software lifecycle methodologies: SDLC and Agile
• Must have experience in Quality Assurance, Functional, Automation, GUI, Back-End, Data-Driven Performance, Stress, Load, and Regression Testing of web and client server-based applications
• Automation testing experience with Selenium.
• Good to have API Testing experience
• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including one or more of the following:
