IT Minds LLC is seeking an Automation Test Lead/Manager in Houston, TX to lead a QA managed services organization focused on sustainability energy trading platforms. You will oversee functional testing, automation, and data validation across multiple projects, ensuring SLA attainment, governance, and strong quality metrics.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, hands-on direction in Playwright/Selenium/TOSCA, Snowflake SQL validation, and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

Lead QA delivery across multiple projects and teams.
Define test strategy, planning, data setup, and defect management.
Validate data in Snowflake and Power BI dashboards for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Run a QA managed services organization covering functional testing, automation, and data validation.
Own commitments and SLAs, staffing and capacity planning, budgets, and quality standards.
Governance cadence: weekly reviews, monthly quality/metrics reviews, quarterly business reviews.
Track defect leakage, test coverage, automation pass rates, and cycle time; address trends.
Own escalations end-to-end from signal to corrective action plan.
Forecast staffing demand and reallocate resources.
Support presales with effort estimates and test approach.
