Job summary

EVTKS in the United States is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to support the Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS) team, providing technical and engineering support, troubleshooting, and aiding with inventory and configuration management.

You will collaborate with Agile teams to design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web and mobile applications, conduct various testing types, document results, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6-9 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with NAS facilities, equipment, and technologies is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level engineering support (SLES) for RMLS and manage inventory.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts for web and mobile apps.
• Design and perform test cases for software, hardware, OS, networks, and MDTs.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing.
• Record and manage defects using Jira and coordinate with Agile teams.
• Maintain hardware asset records and support inventory and configuration management.
• Prepare clear reports on testing outcomes.
• Verify enhancements and changes for deployment readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
• Contribute recommendations to improve testing.
