Job summary

EVTKS is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to support the Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS) team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with inventory and configuration management, and work closely with Agile teams to develop and maintain automated testing for web and mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with NAS facilities, equipment, and technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver second-level engineering support (SLES) for RMLS, including issue resolution, Help Desk support, and inventory management.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts for web and mobile applications with Agile teams.
• Design and perform test cases and scripts for software, hardware, operating systems, networks, and MDTs.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing to verify reliability, security, and performance.
• Record, monitor, and manage defects using Jira while coordinating with Agile teams.
• Maintain hardware asset records and support inventory and configuration management activities.
• Evaluate testing outcomes and prepare accurate reports.
• Verify system enhancements and changes for deployment readiness.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide recommendations to enhance testing.
