Job summary

You will perform diverse testing (functional, API, UI) across web and backend systems, mentor juniors, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in software testing, preferably in P&C insurance.
• 3–5 years in test automation.
• Proficiency with Tosca and Playwright; Selenium/Cypress also preferred.
• SQL proficiency for backend testing.
• Experience with API testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Agile QA knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into automated test strategies and plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners for test coverage.
• Execute tests, log defects, and track to closure in Azure DevOps.
• Develop automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend systems.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review test scripts.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze results, identify trends, share insights.
• Maintain test docs and knowledge sharing across QA teams.
