Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for new and existing features.
• Validate payer workflows including authorizations, referrals, and concurrent reviews.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation testing between payer core systems and external interfaces.
• Execute cross-system integration testing involving external vendors, EDI gateways, and partner APIs.
