Job Description

As an Automated Quality Assurance Test Engineer, you will create and execute test plans/cases based on project requirements and design specifications and verify expected results. Using Selenium and C# you will build test scripts with result validation markers as well as analyze application software to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to product development. You will be expected to have knowledge of pipelines, approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, application/product/service or process problems.

Description

  • Create detailed test scripts outlining various scenarios, results, and recommendations for failure remediation
  • Add to and update current automated scripts that are built in Selenium. C# is a necessity
  • Participate in brainstorm and design sessions with the intent of writing and completing test scripts for the use by any system tester or QA staff member
  • Read, understand, and interpret complex business and technical designs; must be able to discuss or explain data with others
  • Design, plan and execute application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development
  • Plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases

Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming language (C#)
  • 7+ Years experience in Selenium Web Driver, Selenium IDE, SpecFlow for C#, BDD approach, Cucumber, Page Object Model, Jenkins, Harness, TFS, SQL Server, MS Test Manager
  • 7+ Years experience with WINS solutions stack required (Windows Server, IIS, .Net, SQL Server).
  • 7+ Years experience with Git, Jira, Dev Ops, CI\CD, Confluence, Jenkins, Harness
  • 7+ Years experience with Agile\Scrum Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
  • 7+ Years experience with Fortify, MAST, DAST, WebInspect, OWASP 10

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in the Financial Industry
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Salary Transparency Language:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $70000 - $101226/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
