Responsibilities

• Implement improvements to automated and integrated die cast machine cells: robotic ladles, furnace control, sprayers, extractors, and hydraulic trim presses.
• Train others in the use and technical troubleshooting of automation equipment
• Work closely with the maintenance team to trouble-shoot and repair breakdowns
• Work with outside vendors involving in the use and maintenance of automation, controls, and technical equipment
• Assist in the inventory control of automation and control components
