Job summary

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation has openings for Automation Technicians to expand our efforts in the fast paced oil and gas market in the Permian Basin of West Texas and SE New Mexico. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, eager to learn, and capable of adapting across roles.

Experience with Totalflow, Modbus, Red Lion HMIs, and Ubiquity equipment is highly valued. A 2-year associate degree in relevant fields is preferred, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automation, instrumentation, or process controls experience.
• A 2 year associate degree in Industrial Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or Process Controls is preferred.
• Experience with Totalflow, Modbus, Red Lion HMIs, Ubiquity radios/cameras is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain well-pad sites, compressor stations, and related facilities.
• Program Totalflow and related control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair communication and control panels (Totalflow G4 XRC/XFC, Modbus, HMIs).
• Adapt across job functions and responsibilities as needed.
