What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, modifying, and optimizing PLC logic and HMI applications
- Leading advanced troubleshooting on PLC, electrical, and automation systems
- Supporting system upgrades, installations, and major equipment modifications
- Working inside control panels and interpreting electrical schematics
- Partnering with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime
- Mentoring team members on PLC fundamentals and troubleshooting
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of industrial manufacturing or automation maintenance experience
- Proven electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with VFDs, HMIs, and automated production environments
- Knowledge of GMP/SQF or food manufacturing standards is a plus
