Job summary

Bio-Techne is hiring an Automation Technician for its automated plate production line in Minnesota. The role focuses on preparing and filling microplates and vials with liquid products using semi-automated machines, and packaging using standard pack equipment.

Responsibilities include operating the equipment, documenting batch records, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance while meeting cycle times and quality targets. Requires basic lab skills and good communication in English.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in a related manufacturing role.
  • Technical/associate degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Biotech Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience operating lab equipment and automated material handling equipment a plus.

Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.Pay Range:$18.40 - $25.30Automation TechnicianWe are looking for an Automation Technician to join our Automation manufacturing team in the production of Protein Simple Consumables science products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in a variety of tasks within a laboratory setting, with primary duties focusing on the preparation and filling of specialized microtiter plates with liquid products using semi-automated plate production machines.
