Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Automation Technician to join our advanced production facility. The role focuses on hands-on work with PLC-driven systems, robotics, conveyors, and material handling equipment to keep manufacturing running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automation equipment alongside engineers and technicians, performing preventive maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation and manufacturing environments.
• PLC troubleshooting experience, Allen Bradley preferred.
• Robotics and automated conveyor systems experience.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled automation systems.
• Maintain and support industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, and motor controls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving VFDs, drives, and electrical control panels.
• Partner with automation engineers on equipment improvements and optimization projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance on automated production lines.
• Respond to equipment downtime and assist with root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
