Job Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of retrieving data from a database using SELECT statements, including filtering, sorting, and limiting results.
• Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and other network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
