Job summary

DreamFields is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair automated machinery and production systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will diagnose issues, perform calibration and maintenance on electrical/mechanical components, and collaborate with senior technicians to improve reliability and uptime.

The role requires adherence to cGMP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Trade training or an Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial/manufacturing with hands-on automation experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and automation troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect automated machinery, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure functionality.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance around production activities.
• Assist in development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
