Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance, automation, and sanitation staff in daily activities and PM schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and automation partners for specialized service and support.
• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility systems and infrastructure.
• Administer PM programs, ensure consistent execution and documentation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate automation and control systems with vendor support.
