Job summary

The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking an Automated Warehouse Technician III to maintain and optimize our highly automated warehouse systems. You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment, ensuring uptime and safe operations across the site.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analyses, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; or 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Experience maintaining and repairing automated industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis and safety procedures (LOTO, CPR/First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
• Modify machine settings, controls, and operating parameters to optimize performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Maintain strong collaboration with warehouse operations teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Support maintenance improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and engineering initiatives.
