Agropur, inc. in Luxemburg, WI is seeking an Automation Supervisor to lead instrumentation and control efforts at the Luxemburg plant.

The role focuses on technical support for the product line, PLC programming oversight, and collaboration with engineering teams. The plant employs about 170 people and produces mozzarella and provolone cheeses along with whey streams; qualifying candidates bring an engineering degree, instrumentation controls training, and at least five years of instrumentation

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Instrumentation Controls.
• Training in Instrumentation Controls is required.
• Process control experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance and support to the product line.
• Provide technical/electrical service, including problem solving and making necessary recommendations to the various systems to improve performance.
• Oversee PLC programming and implementation.
• Interpret and apply Field's Standards.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams.
• Oversee project planning and execution.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Instrumentation Controls required
• Process control experience and supervisory experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
