Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking an Automation Supervisor at the Luxemburg, WI plant to lead instrumentation controls initiatives and supervise automation projects.

You will provide technical support to the product line and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance. Responsibilities include overseeing PLC programming and implementation, interpreting Field's Standards, and guiding project planning and execution while maintaining safety and quality across mozzarella, provolone, and whey

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Training in Instrumentation Controls is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in Instrumentation Controls; supervisory experience preferred.

• Provide technical/electrical service, including problem solving and making recommendations to improve performance.
• Oversee PLC programming and implementation.

We are looking for an Automation Supervisor in Luxemburg, WI.

• Provide technical assistance and support to the product line.
• Provide technical/electrical service, including problem solving and making necessary recommendations to the various systems to improve performance.
• Oversee PLC programming and implementation.
• Interpret and apply Field's Standards.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams.
• Oversee project planning and execution.

What you need to join our team:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar areas of study
• Training in Instrumentation Controls required
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Instrumentation Controls required
• Process control experience and supervisory experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered

Where you'll be working:

The Luxemburg, WI plant is home to about 170 employees and produces mozzarella and provolone cheese, as well as various whey streams.
