Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to lead technical onboarding and implementation for agency clients. You will own setup of pipelines, automations, funnels, landing pages, integrations, and CRM workflows.

This hands-on role focuses on building scalable lead generation systems and polished client experiences in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and able to manage multiple builds across international teams with strong

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience: funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations, and CRM setup.
• Experience building automated workflows for lead generation and follow-up.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead tracking systems.
• Experience connecting third-party platforms with Zapier or Make.
• Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with B2B digital marketing agencies.
• Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure complete GoHighLevel accounts from scratch.
• Create pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, workflows, and automations.
• Build SMS and email nurture sequences including speed-to-lead and missed-call text-back automations.
• Set up funnels, forms, calendars, integrations, and lead routing systems.
• Build mobile-responsive, conversion-focused landing pages inside GoHighLevel.
• Configure tracking, thank-you pages, forms, and confirmation flows.
• Ensure all automations, pipelines, and integrations are fully tested and functioning correctly.
• Connect third-party tools and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make when required.
• Assist with Meta ad account setup, tracking systems, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API implementation.
• QA all systems before launch to ensure clean execution and accurate lead tracking.
• Lead kickoff and implementation calls with clients.
• Gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate project progress clearly.
• Walk clients through completed builds and support them during launch.
• Document completed systems and ensure smooth handoff processes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel - Automation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new agency clients.
