We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design, implement, and validate advanced automation solutions for the Packaging business, while delivering high-quality technical support to our customers. This individual contributor role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to execute innovative automation projects aligned with Tetra Pak and customer quality standards.
This position can be based in any U.S. Tetra Pak offices and requires up to 75% travel to customer sites.
The following compensation range is displayed as the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position across all U.S. locations: Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $86,700.00 – 111,400.00. Short‑term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
