Job summary

Amcor LLC in Tolleson, AZ, is hiring a Sortation Operator to monitor, operate and maintain advanced automation systems in our warehouse. You will manage sorting and palletizing, track work orders, log downtime and participate in data collection to optimize throughput and reduce downtime.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in warehouse settings; shift is 12 hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with starting pay $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience and/or 1 year of streamlining equipment experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to interpret shift data and logs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and maintain advanced sorting and palletizing automation systems.
• Manage overflow zones and coordinate PIT operations for load transfers and wrap staging.
• Track work orders, log downtime, and notify teams for closures.
• Respond to system alerts, troubleshoot faults and perform timely recoveries.
• Log downtime and performance metrics, contribute to data collection dashboards.
