Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Plant Automation SME for a Brown Deer, WI-based role. Base pay is $43.00/hr with multiple annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits in a direct-hire, first-shift position.

As the facility's principal technical authority, you will oversee high-capacity automation lines, robotic cells, and PLC diagnostics, driving down downtime and delivering strategic leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-volume, continuous-production manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, VFDs, and live PLC logic.
• Expert ability to read intricate electrical/electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on high-capacity automation lines and robotic cells.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems on Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Interpret schematics and diagrams to isolate root causes of faults and optimize control logic.
• Maintain power and fluid systems and perform formal preventive maintenance.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to reduce downtime.
