Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in molecular biology or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant lab experience in molecular biology or genomics.
• Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation workflows.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting automation platforms.
• Strong PCR, DNA extraction, nucleic acid quantification, and sequencing QC skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize automated workflows for DNA/RNA extraction and library prep.
• Design, perform, analyze, and document experiments to assess workflow performance.
• Troubleshoot molecular biology processes within automated platforms.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to project teams.
• Support technology transfer and validation activities as projects progress.
