Collaborate with operations, automation engineers, quality, and IT to ensure reliable, compliant robotic platforms while enabling digital capabilities.

• Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis in regulated environments.
• Experience authoring technical documentation and validation protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and integration of automation solutions in lab settings.
• Validate and maintain automation systems and change controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, GxP, and company standards.
• Perform diagnostics and CAPA activities; collaborate with vendors and teams.
• Develop reporting and analytics for lab operations and future AI-enabled automation.
