Accounting Search in Grove City, Ohio, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead new model start-ups and drive continuous improvement of assembly methods, wiring, controls, and process documentation for quality and cost improvements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Automation, Robotics, and Manufacturing Technology to implement automation solutions, train maintenance staff, monitor equipment performance, and ensure ISO compliance and safe operations across all production lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
4–7 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Proven project management skills.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

Lead new model start-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist Engineering, Automation, Robotics, and Manufacturing Technology projects.
Provide training on automated equipment, robotics, controls, and troubleshooting.
Monitor equipment performance, robot utilization, and automation effectiveness.
Develop new model assembly processes with automation where practical.
Create and maintain project schedules and ensure accurate tracking.
Ensure smooth transition of new models from Engineering to Manufacturing.
Review drawings, identify automation opportunities, and address quality concerns.
