Job summary
Quality Electrodynamics, LLC is seeking a Technical Lead for Automated Inspection & Robotics to provide company-wide technical leadership in automation, machine vision, and robotics. You will partner with Operations to establish tech strategies and lead cross-functional projects that improve quality, capacity, and efficiency.
In this role you will evaluate technologies, manage external partners as needed, and ensure scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years related manufacturing engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments of automated inspection, machine vision, robotics across operations.
- Develop technical strategies and roadmaps for automation initiatives.
- Direct cross-functional teams from design through production deployment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and select best-fit solutions.
- Ensure automation systems meet quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT and Ops to scale solutions.
