You will impact customers directly and must learn quickly across a range of tasks, coordinating with Development, Operations and IT Support to resolve high-impact production issues. Responsibilities include building automations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and applying fixes to internal code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java).

Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with Python, Ruby, Go, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build automations, troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues.
• Develop monitoring solutions and perform software maintenance and configuration.
• Implement fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA).
• Collaborate with development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects and document systems.
